This is old news!

Terrible sponsor for the club to take on. Whatever about taking the 30 pieces of silver to have them onboard as a "betting partner"

Emblazoned on the front of the shirt to tempt more poor fcukers down a road of misery is almost criminal.

The Fyffes home jersey still up on the club shop website for €60. I'd be fairly pissed off if I paid that for a new shirt only for them to come out with a different one before Christmas.

Was that not almost confirmed some weeks back? Others had posted mock ups of the kit with the logo.

Fillipo’s hat was New Era any chance that they could make the jerseys or is it just a hat deal?

Almost sure Umbro were locked in for 2 or maybe 3 years, plus surprised any gear that they have would be anything but umbro?

Usually a deal is done so they supply everything.

Umbro - like the other kit manufacturers - is normally playing and training gear. Add ons like hats scarves etc are normally down to the club to source for themselves.

Up as €60 but when it's added to cart it's discounted to €30.

Regarding the hats, we've had hats/scarves made by various manufacturers over the years. It isn't connected to the playing kit supplier in any way.

I also disagree with promotion of gambling in sport. Today is the last day of Safer Gambling Week in the Ireland & UK. Yet you still have certain companies sponsoring big tv shows which is wrong.

I would also disagree with a gaming company as sponsors... But we've had fyffes for years and they are no angels when it comes to labour rights abuses....

Not sure it's possible to have a commercial shirt sponsor any more that isn't problematic in some way. I'd take a drinks sponsor over a gambling sponsor, though, which probably makes me a hypocrite.

I would say the best type would be a car dealershop/brand, telecoms or a big name food brand. I work in the online gambling sector and I am against any sort of advertisment within any sports.
