Backpass Article - Jim Hasty

Latest issue of http://www.backpassmagazine.co.uk/has an article on Jim Hasty. Hadn't heard of Jim before reading this article but enjoyed reading it, if enjoyed is the right word given events. Reflects well on Dundalk fans at the time (and Jim Malone).

I picked this magazine up in Eason's O'Connell st Dublin a few weeks ago, was tipped off on the article. It's a quarterly production, focusing on retro football, not a single page pre 1992 (pure bliss) it's well worth purchasing, even for the more expensive price of over €6.

It was a very good read.

Anywhere in town likely to have it would anyone know?
Enjoyment is the only term Rucky! I, and i'm sure many (young :P) Dundalk fans grew up listening to stories of Jimmy Hasty and his trademark diving header. It is nothing but tragic than a Dundalk FC legend (among many others) were victims of this islands difficult history. He was part of a record breaking Dundalk FC team also, 55 years since that famous night this coming autumn?
