Given that the match is - potentially - only 9 days away, it's unusually quiet on the question of kickoff date/time/venue for the game with Crumlin. Anything in the wind?

why would crumlin cede home advantage to dundalk?
they're a well supported side in their own right prob have more supporters than pats
they may move the match to their feeder club pats ground in inchicore but anyone thinking it will go to oriel is crazy in the head

Probably for the same reason they did last season? It would cost them a fair few quid to rent out richmond park

Pats are home to Galway on the Friday night so unless they move it......

Apparently Crumlin are keen to keep it in Dublin, but a venue is not yet finalised

They will surely have to nominate the ground, time and date by this weekend ?

7 days is normally the minimum notice period. I believe Dalymount is the only place free on Friday night. Pat's u15s are home (to Dundalk) on the Saturday and u19s at home on the Sunday.

Looks like they are running out of options. There is the added risk that Eir might decide to televise it.

Lots of rumours on the ground this evening that the Crumlin game is for Inchicore on Saturday or Sunday.

I was told it is Inchicore (St Pats) on Sunday. (Not by someone in the club). With most people in transit back from Buncrana, we may not get confirmation for a while.

This is unbelievable and getting to be a joke that the venue and date has still not been confirmed by Crumlin.

The FAI should have given a time / date deadline to confirm this by Crumlin, otherwise switch it to Oriel.

Latest seems to be Saturday afternoon, Richmond Park ?

That was the talk in Buncrana yesterday but here's an article today from Crumlin's manager stating it should be played at Pearse Park.

It is ridiculous that it has not yet been confirmed
