I presume there is no link to a live stream?? It’s been streamed live the last two years from Turners Cross.

McNulty won't be playing. I'm glad because folk abusing the chap after Miller's passing would have made us look like ignorant twats.

I also hope Sheppard is completely ignored.

I have to say I do think it's important to win. Yes it's only a friendly but our recent record against them is horrendous and I'd rather face them in the League next month knowing we'd already beaten them than with another defeat.

I remember before the first League match last season saying that it was important to beat them as a win over us and I didn't see where they drop points. Cork/Caulfield rely on psychology a lot more than we do and they remain our main challengers.

It’s very wise of Cork to leave him behind. It is important that nothing taints the respect towards Liam Miller and his family.

Very experimental side. Obviously having seen us struggle against Cork with two central midfielders he thinks the solution is to play with one.

Looks like:
Rogers
Poynton-Hoare-Folan-Massey
McGrath-Shields-Adorjan
Connolly-Murray-Duffy

Benson and Hoban on the bench, no Gannon, Garts, Chvedukas, Jarvis

Yeah I've changed my mind about it. Neither team looks remotely like the teams likely to be considered first choice in the League

Ridiculous comment. He wasn't left behind. He chose to attend the removal of a close friend.

2-0 up at HT. Murray with them both. DundalkFM say we look pretty good.

2-2 so far in 2nd Half. Apparently we haven't come out after HT.

Maybe not the biggest surprise in the world given Shields is at CB with Hoare injured - a 4-0-6 formation seems like the best way to counteract a team that tries to dominate midfield*.

I know it's a friendly!

4-2 Cork (so far). The Rogers 'clean sheet' interview looks a bit daft now.

Second half capitulation with only two recognised defenders. Hoban substitution a bit O'Neill v Denmark.

Only a friendly, yadda yadda, but still a miserable outcome and still a sign that we have very few players who can lead on the pitch. Half thinking Kenny has developed a blind spot when it comes to Cork. Determined that we can outplay them down the flanks.

Big pity because pre-season had gone really well. Now all of a sudden it looks like we have a pretty big hill to climb.

Our record against Cork is absolutely pathetic, shameful I’d go as far as sayin , sort it out Stephen Kenny it has gone on long enough now.

There isn't strong enough words for how bad Shields and Connolly played.
Dylan Connolly is possibly the worst player in our squad, ironically he cost the most. Amazing misjudgement by Kenny and his staff.

Where do u start ?? Absolutely awful second half. If Dylan Connelly is the answer what’s the question. Offers nothing,A passenger .
