Dundalk v UCD

Derry City/Bohemians v Cork City

That'll do nicely. I fear we may get the early kickoff.

Bohs are going to the Final. Rerun of 2002, with Stephen Kenny on the opposite bench. Telling you all now!

We played Longford in a cup semi on a Friday night a few years back. Hopefully the same with this one

We've Derry at home the previous Tuesday, so I'd say Kenny will be happy enough for it to be on the Sunday

If Derry get through, you'd imagine they'd rest players for that game with the chance of a cup final at play. Shiels has done it previously against us

Ideal draw for us really, but I wouldn't have minded Ezekiel's left field option of taking Cork out of the equation at home in the semis.

FAI Cup has to be the primary focus for both Derry and Bohs which is good, Cork won't have it easy. If Dundalk are focused we should be too strong for UCD.

Also interesting to note that the Derry game on Tuesday 25th also live on Eir Sport.

That will provide another selection challenge for SK. Cork away on Friday, home to Derry on Tuesday and then home to UCD in the semis on Friday. This is what big squads are for.

Note the Derry game has been pushed back to 8pm.

I wouldn’t have minded Cork at home either, but I have to say I have a feeling the final will be Dlk v Bohs.

Bohs have one serious route to get there first, and although we will be ridiculous odds to make the final, we’re not there yet.

Anyone know when tickets will be on sale? I'll be in Dundalk on Saturday.

I know there is a ticket scare, but the UCD cup semi really won't be an issue.
