A final against Shamrock Rovers is going to be very unpleasant, in every way. Should we get there.

If we do win tomorrow then surely the FAI can't allow ticketmaster to sell tickets anyway they see fit. They need segregation inside and outside the ground. No way rovers and dundalk fans can sit together.
Dundalk Fc. First Irish club to win points in group stages of a major European Competition.

200 tickets returned, I thought we could sell our section, all considered. Let’s make sure the 600 make lots of noise and get behind the team

John Mountney remains out with a foot injury and he is the only absentee as Jordan Flores and Andy Boyle are in contention for the squad after their respective injuries.

There are probably not too many places up for grabs in the team selection this week if there are no undeclared injuries
Centre Back - While Andy Boyle was not in the squad for the Rovers game on Monday, there was no mention of him being doubtful in the official team news last Sunday. He could return, but it is probably more likely that VP will stick with Cleary & Hoare.
Left Back - Usual Dean Jarvis or Dane Massey conundrum.
Midfield - Likely that Sean Murray will be considered, but fitness issues likely to dictate whether he or Robbie Benson starts
Right Wing - Daniel Kelly or Jamie McGrath
No 10 - Jame McGrath or Patrick McEleney
Predicted line up
Rogers
Gannon | Cleary | Hoare | Massey
Shileds | Benson
McGrath | McEleney | Duffy
Hoban

Carrick Road to Cavan, up towards Enniskillen and over; or Blaney Rd to Monaghan, across to more or less same spot near Enniskillen and over. Both much of a muchness road quality wise and almost identical journey times.

He might change 1 or 2 at the back after some of the messing on Monday. McEleney faded badly after a good first half so might start him on the bench. He looked wrecked.

Fancy the same team as Monday, I think it is our best 11 footballers and they also work as a team. Will be a very tough game

Have a feeling we will be talking about refs decisions later tonight. Had a few pints (too many) last night, went to bed and had a dream....could see Conway and Gavin talking to the ref, they were saying Dundalk have to go out of the cup tonight, doesnt matter what it costs. FAI need Rovers to win something to justify their ground and belief that they are Irelands number 1.....biggest club in Ireland Conway said.
Well I woke up thinking FAIs Love Child.....wife told me I was muttering "FAIs Love Child, JDs bastards" 10 minutes before. C'mon The Town
