Have they actually said no holidays in summer?Peak11 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 26, 2021 10:39 am Amazing how badly they messed things up in December when we were in an ok place. And now they pretend that it’s ‘hindsight’ and no one could have predicted that allowing a two week free for all would have caused a problem. Gaslighting pricks.
Anyway after what they said last night about no holidays this summer then it seems we’ll be lucky to be back before September, if at all. Unless they’re trying to lower expectations about vaccination speed in order to do a big u-turn and claim a big win in June or something.

Jurkovskis starts tonight for Latvia at left back. Niall Newberry tweets that he's the first Dundalk player to play in a World Cup qualifier since Billy O'Neill in 1937! Best of luck to him.
Edit: Latvia went a goal up but Jovetic got two for Montenegro. Jurkovskis cleared one off the line.

Played full 90 mins again tonight. He's going to be tired by the time they finish the game in Turkey on Tuesday.

Bit cheap coming from the same RTE who did their best to make John Delaney a superstar, have failed LOI soccer for decades and cant even manage to get a paid LOI stream running at a decent standard. Maybe they should take a long look in the mirror.......people affraid that LOI / Irish football is about to change and the elite cannot control it???niall_hearty2000 wrote: ↑Sun Mar 28, 2021 11:34 am https://twitter.com/DundalkFC/status/13 ... 26723?s=09
Funny how RTE and Dan Mc are not chasing this:

It's not all doom and gloom, the player signing video for Han is excellent and will get the club a bit of exposure. Using the street art of Dundalk sayings was a nice way of connecting both Han and the Club to the town. Kudos to all involved.

I thought that video was brilliant, and with the amount of likes and retweets it's getting on Twitter, in a small way it might help Han feel at home.

I met him outside the Marshes with what I assume his dad. He was wearing his Dundalk 77 jacket so no mistaking it. I'd imagine he was out taking in the sights of Dundalk which wouldn't have taken long to be fair.

I thought it was cringeworthy to be honest. They need to concentrate on getting fundamentals right on the pitch and less time producing this shite.

He was very positive Friday night, thought he was excellent when he came on along with O'Kane.
