I thought it was cringeworthy to be honest. They need to concentrate on getting fundamentals right on the pitch and less time producing this shite.
Because the lads producing the video are the sakes lads running the footballing side of things.

Yawn....not whinging. No interest in this shite.
Only interested in football and results.

Simples. Now go correct your typo.

On the production side, it is very well produced. Just not something that interests me.
Liam Carroll is a piece of shit. A fcuking leech.

I’ve no interest in I’m A Celebrity and yet the bastards keep putting it on.

Growing the club and making it sustainable requires driving engagement away from the 90 minutes. That should be obvious by now.

Interested enough to comment on it...

I thought it was great, the media side of the club is one of the few positives at the moment. More of the same please

I don’t bother with some of the stuff. But I’m really glad they do it and it’s being done to a really high level of quality. I much preferred the video to some interview where Han politely admits he’d never heard of us.

Listened to a few podcasts after the Ireland match.

One killer quote from Damien Delaney. “3-5-2 has so many weaknesses that it’s easy to plan for if you know that’s what you’re going to be up against.”

We've already seen the biggest weakness. When our wing backs are attacking, teams are targeting us with long balls in to the corner when they win back possession. Finn Harps second goal was the classic example of this.

For that goal all we had were the 2 CBS back.

Shamrock Rovers walked the league last season playing 3-5-2 (with a 32 year old Centre Midfielder playing Right Wing Back)

Lads putting it into context....our coaching team have to realise that they have to play to the strenghts of the players available and not the 1990s Serie A,B.C tactic.

They walked an 18 match league by being no better than bang average in the vast majority of games against a bunch of basket cases, despite having the best player in the league. Sure we finished third with the lowest points per game of a 3rd place team in at least a decade. Two teams put it up to them - us in the league, harps in the cup semi, us in the cup final, and they conceded eight goals.

Exactly. As I have said the players aren't broken. The system is. If it isn't working after 15 league games it isn't gonna work. But it looks like they are enforcing it and not for changing it, considering they are casting aside the successful players we had, who they deem unable to play it, and aiming to sign players they think will fit the system. It's a shit show up there these days.

As I have said many times, I think there is a plan behind what they are doing, too much money at stake for it not to be planned. The big question is....where do they want to go and what timeline have they put on it.

Mortgages for our players wont be a problem anymore.....fair play to the lads in the Unit...assume they are taking these deals in.
