I know Marco was a big clumsy oaf, but still, Shrek was a bit harsh.

Anyway, there's probably worse links one could accidentally post, Ezekiel ;-)

The “Tie Wrap Gang” presenting David McMillans parents with the famous “McMillans on Fire” banner after the recent home match against Shamrock Rovers.

There have been a few big clumsy oafs that we all loved or loved to hate over the years so yer not alone Ezeikial - I am talking ex Dundalk players of course!! Where would you start, Peter Whitnell(legend), Ian Ferguson, John Ryan and nephew sidekick, Alex Nesovic, Darren Mansaram, Lee Thew, Brian Irwin, Richie Purdy(if you are Mark Rutherford), Paudie Gollogley...

I blame Lee Thew for our first relegation. The club was screwed in November, yet somehow we turned it around and were heading for the top 6 in the new year in '99.

We went to Turners Cross in March and looked like getting a 0-0 draw. There was a drop ball, which Lee Thew for some bizarre reason decided not to contest and Mark Herrick passed the ball straight to Kelvin Flanagan who scored. David Crawley got sent off, Jim got sent off and we lost every game from there to the end of the season and finished bottom. Can't believe it's almost 20 years ago - that game is seared into my brain.

Lovely finish last night by ex lilywhite Shaun Williams. I remember when he signed for us on loan, he replaced a midfielder who moved to the US with his family. Can anyone put a name to this vague memory? 2006/2007

He was a good player and it was a worry when he decided to leave mid season I think. We were lucky to get a good replacement in Williams in on loan in the end. Sean Finn moved to Atlanta is the US iirc, he played in the US before coming back to Ireland. Dont know how things panned out for him tbh, be a shame if he quit the game back then.
