Well...still no impact from Hoban getting disalussioned with him, p'raps it's a step too far.

2 things if you actually played to his strengths maybe you would get more success...or the more likely option his teammates aren't good enough to give him the service he needs.

I don't know the quality of Oxford's midfield, but the service Hoban got in Dundalk was a big part of his success.

To be fair he has been playing since January 2014. Prob needs the break.

He didnt play for aa couple of months though til Jan transfer window. May not be the type of break ye mean though as he was robably training hard to be as match fit as possible. He is not the type of player to create a goal out of nothing so if he isnt getting the ball in dangerous areas then no goals.

Dell he got injured almost as soon as he started training with oxford. To be fair pat didn't hit the ground running here either but made up for that. If they don't want him send him back on loan here ;-)

Yeah injury was before christmas so fair shout, not ideal preperation for adjusting to a new team.
