About time and we'll deserved. Fair play to o Neill he did state that he would have picked horgs only for our schedule.

True - But I'd say this is all just a stunt and both won't make the final 23. Maybe Daryl will make the squad but not feature - I could be wrong, hope I am!

Wouldn't it be amazing if he makes his international debut in a competitive game before he leaves Dundalk for greater things.
In Kenny we trust.

No guarantee he'll go. If we make the last 32 of Europa league, I think he may well stay. The 2 lads fully deserve their spot. I don't think they should be cut. There's plenty on that panel should be cut ahead of them that have shown ZERO form compared to the 2 lads. McGreedy, McShane O'kane to name a few plus there are a number of injuries. They will not look out of place. Brest of luck to the two

I'm a cynic like yourself grayzer. If you went on form, they'd stay put. But O'Neill is like trap. Jobs for the boys! I hope youre wrong but probably right

Congrats to the lads , they should make the cut of 23, I also feel Gartland , Finn , Massey are good enough.

Looking at the Ireland squad, I also think McMillan would do well. Ireland are very light up front.

Congratulations to Daryl Horgan and Andy Boyle!

Fair play also to Martin O'Neill who was true to his word.

Fantastic achievement and well deserved for both lads. Andy Boyle has been a fantastic inspirational defender since joining the club and what more can be said of Horgan. Hopefully, they will both survive the cut and feature in the match day squad. It would be only just reward for two excellent players. Well done to Stephen and his management team for bringing these lads to this level and to Martin O'Neill for walking the talk. Great days folks!

Pure tokenism unless at least one of them at least makes the 23, but fair play to them for forcing themselves into the reckoning. Big game tomorrow for them to prove their worth.... with O'Neill be jetting in to Russia to watch?!

Well done to the lads. It's hard not to be skeptical though

Great news for the two lads.

Not sure what the story is with the 28man squad, might still have to be cut to 23?
