Flight prices have shot up and trip will now cost a lot more. No doubt the usual crew that aren't even affected by this as they're not travelling will be on to defend the situation

Defending the club, Yes!

Club cant do or say anything until Uefa confirm dates!

Why can't they?? The draw was on Monday, the club could come out and say they are still waiting on confirmation from UEFA. This is costing me money and I need to let work know ASAP what days I need off. I'm sure there are many other fans in the same situation.

So Uefa is costing you money, not the club? Seeing as how UEFA appear to be the ones holding it up.

Now if it is the club holding it up, then you would be right to hold them accountable...

Appear being the operative word. I've had the date confirmed to me in the past few minutes from a very reliable source. So yeah I have my doubts on who is holding this up

Well hopefully if date is confirmed then formal communication shouldn't be too far away....

Very recently, there wasn't any update earlier this morning on their site. Also learned in the last few days that nyheter is Norwegian for news.

Based on that website

The teams will meet twice, first on Ireland 11th or 12th July. The return match played at Lerkendal on Wednesday 19 July with kickoff 7:15 p.m..

Has there been any update or confirmation from DFC?

Well I think definitely knocks the Rovers game on the Friday into touch, irrespective of whether they make ELQ2 or not.
