Norwegian air have some really cheap flights internally in Norway - we were looking at Rosenborg a couple of years ago if we won in Iceland and it wasn't super expensive. Could have been a much worse draw to be fair, plus Bendtner!

That's the spirit dell. Wonder of paddy power will be involved at all. Maybe Gary Rogers will have some "special" gloves or a pat cashesque headband for the warm up for Vemulund!

I would have much preferred Rosenberg than Celtic, or Maribor or Warsaw. Its obviously going to be a very tough tie, but these guys are way off their CL group regular days, they will start as strong favs and will be fully expecting to advance.

If we can keep improving and work on the technical side, we might have a chance of a big upset, it will be a long shot but its not impossible.

Wish the club would come out and confirm the date. During the draw it was said everything would be confirmed by 4pm so it would seem the club is sitting on this information for some reason.

just over an hour past the 4pm deadline, bloody hell like :D. Things can and have previously taken a day or two to get settled and confirmed, calm your keks mate!

Well getting this information late could be the difference of me going or not so I'm sure you can understand my impatience

It'll be up on the website and facebook/ twitter within seconds of the club getting the confirmation on anything from UEFA/ chats between themselves and Rosenborg being finalised, they're not going to hold back on anything, soon as they have it the rest of us will pretty much straight after.

Could be worse, you could be waiting to see if Linfield/ Celtic will be switched from the 12th!!!!!

Having reflected on the draw, it could have been a lot more difficult, Rossenborg, I agree may be favourites for the tie however, there is time to properly prepare for the home leg, hopefully get a result & at least go to Norway with a "game on" scenario, It's the least we could hope for. It's also great to see & hear the big interest there is about travelling to the away leg, I'm already looking forward to it myself in fact, I can't wait.

Another option is to fly into Gatwick and go from Gatwick straight into Trondheim which is the city Rosenberg is located in..

Shamrock Rovers managed to publish confirmation of their dates on Social Media yesterday afternoon. They even managed to announce details of a charter flight to Iceland within hours of the draw.

Bearing in mind the rovers 1st leg is in 9 days you would expect greater urgency.

Our tie is 3 weeks away. As pointed out above details will be finalised today
