Twitter reports
We have received the very sad news that Liam Miller has passed away tonight. The thoughts and prayers of everyone in the CSL are with Liam's family tonight.
A minutes silence will be observed in all CSL games this weekend in Liam's memory. May he rest in peace.

Shocking and incredibly sad. A minutes silence before Sundays game and a round of applause during the game (at an appropriate time as decided by Cork City) is all we can really offer.

Martin O'Neill will bring an Ireland XI to Glasgow to play Celtic in Scott Brown's testimonial in May with part of the proceeds going to the family of the late Liam Miller.
