Kieran Lucid, the man behind the all-island league concept, won’t present at Tuesday’s meeting. Niall Quinn’s Visionary Group have withdrawn from the process after presenting to the clubs at the July forum in Abbotstown.

The future of the LOI will be decided at a convention in November.

Consideration will be given to a meeting in Dundalk this month when Kieran Lucid will present his All-Island League plans to clubs

I still worry that we're going to end up with some silly league format that involves splitting the season in a series of bizarre ways that will ultimately alienate supporters.

Am I the only one with a desire to see a 16/18 team league where we'd play everybody home & away? I don't know about you, but I'm in no rush to watch another Dundalk vs Derry City game anytime soon.
