Yes, there are other things to discuss apart from Dundalk F.C. and feel free to discuss them here!

How many clubs in the LOI are fully professional? And to what degree are other LOI clubs professional?

What defines 'fully professional' has been a bit of a merry-go-round discussion

Is it where clubs offer 52 week contracts?
Do all players have to be on 52 weeks or only simply the majority of players?
Players train in the day time?
Could a club train the same number of hours in the evening still be considered full-time?

To my knowledge in 2019 only Dundalk, Shamrock Rovers and Cork City fit the criteria of day time training and 52 week contracts, although Cork City seem to be reverting to shorter contracts for 2020

Stephen McGuinness quote from an article reporting PFAI efforts to get holiday pay entitlements for players
“There are only two clubs in the league, Dundalk and Shamrock Rovers, where players are professional in the truest sense.”
