As mad as it sounds, I hope we are bottom coming into this game 😫

Pats are nothing special, just like Bohs and Finn Harps. What they do have that we don't is organisation, they know their best 11, have a formation and have worked on it. We have none of these things.

If we click we are well capable of beating Pats but that will just prolong the inevitable, it will come off the rails again. You won't win many games making the mistakes we are, chasing games, and then panicking with crazy multi subs.

Always live in hope that it will turn around.....

I'm not looking forward to and if I'm honest I'm dreading our games now as each bad result is us closer to the season going down in flames.

We are more than capable of beating any teams in this league but moral is low, we are lacking leaders in the team and management are tactically inept and have no plan b. If we score first we have a chance but if we go behind I'd fear for us again

We are not capable of beating any team am afraid we are poor no getting away from it and if pats are nothing special what are we then... 0-2 Pats sorry lads but just can't see us winning the comedy rolls on ive no faith what so ever in the owners or management.

Or Ronan Coughlan will destroy us. One or the other.

Presume we’ll go back to a formal back 3 with Sonni available. Players being played in positions that best suit their strengths would also be a nice change on recent matches.
Heard big bill is looking to play Abibi in centre mid for his passing ability

If Derry beat Drogheda tonight, we'll be rock bottom. When is the last time that happened, 2012? Did we go bottom that season, before Monaghan went bust?

Seems to be have been a few things thrashed out after Pats and on Sunday Morning. JR also said there was a party/ team bonding thing during the week. I’m hoping beyond hope that things will come right tomorrow night .
Not good that JR also saying that if Pats beat us by 3 he still doesn’t think the management will get sacked. Surely another loss it must mean curtains for them?!

There is too much positive reinforcement going on from players and management. When that happens it usually means things are not right.

I agree but what else can they say? To be fair we seem to do a lot of media, probably because of who we are and where we are in the table. Interviews for Patron and the website and then all the national and local media. It’s the same stuff being said the whole time but the same thing happens in the premier league

I'd imagine Fillipo and Giuseppe will be allowed dispensation tonight without a pro license holder in the dugout. From then on it'll either be Jim or whoever they decide to bring in.

Filippos last game. Doesn't matter if we win 10-0.

Jim and. Sam to take over in the interim

Pats have been the better team. The players probaly distracted by the announcement of the departures, probaly should have been revealed after the game.

Ptas are controlling the midfield. They have three in the centre against our two. Either Han or Midstkogen needed to be sacrificed, and Hoban told to stay up top.

We should be better in the second half with McEleneny on.
