time zone issue

time zone issue
My time zone is wrong (UTC+1), but if I try to change it in control panel I get a message saying the time zone I select (UTC, Dublin or London) is invalid. Not a massive issue, but it means the times are always an hour out for me.

Is the timezone on your PC set to UTC+1 by any chance?
