Probably stick them down their trousers knowing nobody’s ever going to search that area. I’ve a certain sympathy with stewards who have to body search.
However why can’t the stewards on the shed side not take photos of the perpetrators so we can stop them entering the next home game?!

I think that one lad in the middle of a group likely has them in the hope of slipping by the stewards.
Alternatively it could be the youngest of the group is the mule.
If they had someone keeping an eye on people approaching the stewards they would be able to pick out the person adjusting themselves to hide
whatever it is that they have.
