Pats are in good form so would be capable of getting something. Rovers got 2 late goals against Shels last weekend, albeit after playing in Europe.

Pats were very inconsistent for most of the season, but the last 2 months they have been looked better. Forrester playing super.

Yea those are the rumours so maybe Devine will look to move forward without them.
Neither attended the game last night and have reportedly been asked to play with the u19s.

I would doubt it. With Derry due in Tallaght in the second last round of fixtures, and in the middle of a pair of Conference games, Rovers won't want to be in a position where they could be leapfrogged by a Derry win heading into the last round. They will want to keep the title race in their own hands. Additionally, giving Pat's a leg up to 3rd doesn't keep us out of Europe. That's in Derry's hands - with all due respect to Treaty United.

Shelbourne will likely get stronger over the next few years. They have got some good backing behind them, and if they managed to win the Cup they would be ahead of schedule. Waterford also, if they get promoted they will have good backing
A redeveloped Tolka Park would be a prioroty for Shels over the nextt few years

So the question of Rovers not giving it 100% next Friday is definitely settled, with them dropping 2 points at Drogheda. 6 points ahead of Derry who have a game in hand.

Yeah, though it was never in question. Shamrock Rovers conceren is about winning the league, not worrying about who comes 3rd or 4th.

If Derry win all heir remaining fixtures then the title will be decided by goal difference. So it is imperative to RVs that they beat pats on friday night.

I see Alan Mannus went off injured against Drogheda. It might not be serious, but if it is they could be in bother, as Pohls isn't great.

Rovers are not firing on all cylinders. Apart from Europe, they were very lucky to beat Shelbourne and drew yesterday. Pats are a better team than either of these and I expect them to get a draw against Rovers. If it comes to goal difference, all the late concessions could prove costly, that's assuming we win our home 2 matches, which is going to be difficult.
