I have to say I was impressed at how Gibraltar were set up at the back, they knew they would never be attacking Ireland, but well organised at the back, and they were worth 0-0 at HT.

You could see how the back 5 were all working and concentrating together, getting blocks in, focus and moving out quickly in a line.

Perhaps should look into Niels Hartman's availability, he's currently playing for Loughborough Students as he's been studying there but I think his studies are ending now so could be available.

In the Gibraltar squad today, must have just returned from injury so don't expect him to play 90 tonight

I only saw a brief glimpse of the highlights but someone resembling him was beaten for a header for one of the goals and sent out for soup and sandwiches for another. Not a surprise as he would be severly lacking match practice. He may have asked for a full 90 so he can get back into contention for tomorrow week.

I don't think that really how team selection works at international level!

Anyway, good to see him back playing, presumably he's likely to play v Ireland on Monday. He was very good in the Aviva.
