Win tonight plus Pats beat Bohs and Derry beat Shels would make next week at least a wee bit interesting.

Good win and decent performance although would like to have seen it wrapped up earlier than it was, O kane very lively, Archie good again and defence in general were good , young Mullen good debut composed in possession and plugged the gaps nicely, amazingly still an outside chance of Europe although slim .

Very good performance, we looked fresh all over the park and great shape too. Senan Mullen looked really composed, what a full debut that was, well done young man.

For Europe, I think we have left it too late, but it shouldn't have come to this, sloppy away to Shels, sloppy at home to Shels, losing to 10 man Pats when it was 0-0 before the red, plenty of examples.

The chances / sequence of events are not good as almost all will need to go in our favour if we are to get 4th, I just can't see it, but here it is:

1/ Beat Bohs by any score, then equal on points and more goals scored, so will jump above of them.
2/ Then outscore Bohs in a win v UCD.
3/ Same time hope Drogs beat Shels in last game.
4/ Hope Pats win cup.

Far too many factors, even 2 would be hard call, also remember Bohs make 4th with 2 wins, Shels prob make it with 4 points as long as Bohs drop points in one game. But one flicker of hope, Drogs won't want to lose last game, new investors etc, but I can see a draw there, then even if we get 6 points, its prob gone as Shels will beat UCD easy at home you'd think, and they are 2 points ahead of us and 5 more goals too, so if that happens both Shels and Dundalk finish on 58, but we would have to make ground on 5 goal current GD.

I think we might finish 5th, which would probably be about right given the season we had.

Keith Buckley will be a big loss in the Cup final for Bohs, done the ACL. Bohemians started the season really well and well clear after 14 games. It would be a bit of a disaster to potentially miss out on Europe.
