I think the elite Sports people were exempt depending on the level from where they were coming from

Then surely the clubs should be allowed refuse travel if the player has to quarantine for 2 weeks everytime they go on international leave.

Absolutely crazy decision if true, especially if it’s true that he is our highest earner. Hopefully we’ll get some clarification after the game tomorrow night.

If you break it down it's our problem. They're not the ones insisting on the quarantine. We can't refuse to release him because of where his game is being played. I'm not saying the rules regarding the release of an international don't make sense, its just that they weren't written with a global pandemic in mind.
