I'd be more worried about the dreadful starting stream quality, seems every game they have shown recently has seen the match jammed or unavailable for periods in the first 15-20 mins, yet they are quick enough to take the €7 from fans, so their IT is fine for that.
The stream went off for me on one of the games. I emailed them and requested a refund and got the refund.

Response I got from my email, have to say it was within minutes of writing. Since then nothing ..... assume it has been passed onto the FAI who do not give a shit.

My issue was the Derry match on may 20th I think there was an internet outage across the country or something like that which made me miss 20 mins of the match. Here is the reply they gave me it took them three days to reply to me.
Hi,

We will arrange a refund for you now and it should arrive in your account in the coming days.

We apologise again for the inconvenience with Friday night’s stream.

Kind Regards,

Our atrocious recent form coincides with playing 6 of our last 7 (!!) away from home. Our hone and away records are chalk and cheese, got to hope that with a fortnight off we can come back in better shape for 4 out 5 home games coming up. Pats are in great form but they're not going to keep winning every game. Despite winning 5 in a row they're still 2 behind us with a game in hand. We're still 50/50 for top 3 in my book. That's the moderately positive side of it..... I may force myself to post my impression of the Waterford game for balance!

And of course in the middle of this terrible away run form and results we get a gift of 3 points from the FAI, this could be very important come end of season.

For insurance we will want the winners of Derry v Rovers to win the cup if we slip to 4th, still thinking Derry the better hope here, as they'll be hungrier to win a trophy.

We badly need to get europe for financial reasons.

Lads tell them it is a refund or the end of you using the system, ask if it is another case of the FAI ripping off fans. Worked here ....

Derry now the only hope of 4th being a European spot. It’s written in the stars that we finish 4th and winner comes from one of the other 3 isn’t it?

Good semi final draw for us.
Derry and home to Treaty and Shels away to Waterford .
Actually Waterford could put it up to Derry in a final but Derry must be odds on to win it outright now. Hope we can hold on to 4th!!

We only need 6 points from last 6 games , and we can't finish any lower than 4th (7 for insurance, but 6 points should do it).

I can't see any other team apart from Derry winning the cup, they have the good draw and momentum.

That said we should be making it our no 1 priority to finish 3rd, with 4 of the last 6 at home, we still have a good chance.

I got a refund today confirmed lads, UCD game (LOITV), they are also saying the stream was perfect for the Waterford game.

I sent them the link from Dan McD on twitter who 100% agreed it was shocking, so challenging that game too, would encourage as many others to contact them and complain / look for refund if you had a poor service.

Have to say my Waterford stream was perfect. Had it on the firestick and it was freezing and then I lost the stream so I just went and paid for it after 20 mins, and it was working perfectly.

I counted 21 times in jammed in the first 18 minutes, often for only seconds, but it was still dreadful. Seems to be consistently bad for each away up, especially for the first 20 -25 mins or so, its almost expected now.

Overall its a poor production, the removing of the season pass was a bad idea.
