I doubt that you will hear. As we all know Hoban - in particular - offers a very different kind of threat. If he was going to play you would want to keep it from the opposition until the last minute.

Maybe somebody who was in the RSC could tell us if he was doing any running or warm up? He was in the stand for Shels so he was probably a long way off then

Per pressbox last week, they were saying another 3-4 weeks for Hoban, but Kelly could be earlier, either way it's not looking great as only 6 games left.

Either way there will be a victory, I have no doubt. The opponent is passable - and we will pass him.

Dunno about Dickie but had heard Hoban would be lucky to see 2 or 3 games at the end of the year when he got injured initially. That was dismissed by SOD around the same time. Be interesting to see if he's involved friday but wouldn't be optimistic

One could be forgivin for not understanding how important this match is tonight judgeing by lack of posts on here. On paper, we really should have too much for Drog tonight. If we keep Gary Deegan from dictating the match like he did in Utd Pk and keep Darragh Markey out of the game I feel we should be ok. With Pats facing Derry tonight, we have a great chance to put ourselves back in pole position for 3rd. Hopefully the break has revitalized our lads.

I think that's the weakest XI we've put out in a while. Hopefully they step up to the plate.

It's a very strange lineup. And obviously we have to contend with the continued loss of Kelly and Hoban.

We were rubbish but we seldom get slivers of luck like that. Really surprised Hauge took the pen, but fairplay to him for taking it confidently. Not sure how much playing against the wind effected us but we have to see this out now.

Nicely done Agent Massey.

O'Kanes best game in black and white I think, he should've relaxed a bit, some of those men he skinned to bits have families.

It's a results business and a massive three points, but papering over the cracks we were very poor first half, improved slightly second half, but it wasn't pretty. Monday nights match might decide how we approach Friday's game.
