First time taking the young lad to a game. Didn't realize they limit juvenile ground tickets and charge a tenner for children after that . What a scam in a half empty ground. Could understand that policy in a limited stand.
We've gone from giving away free season tickets to primary school children to charging them a tenner.
Farcical stuff. I wouldn't be bothered filling out the survey because even if 3000 people respond and said they wanted better toilet facilities there'd be nowt done in the next decade

A mate from Dublin told me last night, he wants to take his two daughters up, can't due to lack of toilets, tiny one in Enda McG area or walk down in the cold and navigate to the toilets town side of the stand.

So , really surprised nobody has mentioned this !

One thing that stood out for me was that 69% of the responses are against the uses of flares.

There are other interesting findings as well. However, my question is , what happens now?
I presume the club are going to act on parts of this report? Why commission it if they aren’t

Think the lack of a response is probably in line with the way the report was put our. They had whistles and bells on it when they wanted us to do it, they then just slipped out the results on a Sunday evening. Not as much as a comment from the Chairman nor a club member, in fact having used such software in the past, they just rehashed the stats gathered. Leaves fans non the wiser and certainly does not tell us what the owners plan is going forward or how they plan to work with / improve the results (many of which are no surprise so something could have been prepared). A simple statement alone the lines of ... here are the results, the board will make a statement in due course .... may have helped. Also the time of releasing it .... why not get it out there on a Monday morning or Friday afternoon? OK I know the answer to that ....

There is always challenges with surveys like this as not everything can be covered with a binary choice and additional information is needed. However if the club have a plan in place to action some of the issues highlighted, it will be a very worthy exercise. There is a lot of low hanging fruit here that wouldn't cost a lot of time and effort to fix.

I'd have liked there to be some commentary with the release of the results, but can understand that will take time. It's a positive I suppose that they have released the results. Whether they act on them is the next question, but the fact that they've put the results out there has certainly increased the pressure to act.
