Terrible performance really, once again never got going, far far too slow in almost all areas, and so annoying to give the ball away so often when trying to build an attack.

We had zero shots on target first half, took well into the second to muster one, not ever sure the display warranted a goal back, but it was a good finish.

Very disappointing start, 1 point from 6.

Can't even take corners. Very depressing.

Didn't get to see the game but it sounded very poor. The knives shouldn't be put as O'Donnell has clearly proved himself as a good manager but the lateness of his signings and short preseason is surely a factor of our poor start. It's like none of the lessons from last year were learned.

Some questions marks over some of the new signings ability are there too but they deserve time. Wasn't Macarai whipped off after about 30mins in one of his first games for the club and he turned out ok..

Think Macari was playing left back in the first game, we only started to look competent once Leahy came back in and we had someone who can actually play that position.

One of our (many) problems on Friday night, I think, was the lack of proper competitive football in a lot of these players. Bohs were at it from the start, couple of early fouls went unpunished and they took advantage to make it a physical game.

I’m sure we had a thread on shed songs recently but can’t find it, but whilst at the Bohs game you couldn’t help admire how vocal their fans were with the Johnny Logan and Spandau Ballet anthems, they had the stadium rocking. It got me thinking that we really haven’t adopted a song as a Dundalk anthem. We had Three Little Birds for a while but should we look to have a song that’s ours and maybe one with a local connection? Liam Reilly Summer in Dublin, or The Corrs? Some good ballad that the MC blasts out to get the crowd going, the players really respond when oriel is rocking…

Think there definitely was a thread with shed song lyrics, it's probably buried at this stage. I think we've made 3 little birds our own even though Bohs sing it from time to time. Breathless by The Corrs being sung by the shed at full blast would be equally brilliant/hysterical, which is what it's all about really.

I generally like the songs in the shed but the "Allez Allez Allez" one can get in the bin.
