Let's face it most of the players brought in are not good enough, drogheda with part time players are really showing us how to do it. Remember some of these players arThe only here until June,I certainly for one hopes he has something lined up otherwise we are in trouble. The Excuses are starting but this team hasn't shown fitness or an appetite no fight in them.

Desperately disappointing to lose it like that, but we were well off the pace all night, it was clear to see.
Without Hoban we seem to have nothing and the whole shape of the team appears to suffer, lets hope he is back for Derry home game, the extra 2 days might actually help now given its moved to Sunday.
Nothing else to say about Sligo game, we lost, probably fair result, even so late, but that's football, lets move on and try and win the next game, nothing more you can say / hope for.
Actually one bright note, took a lad from my sons class to the game, his first ever time in oriel, first ever 'match' actually been to he's from a Polish family, enjoyed it so much wants to come back again, so you see there is always hope !

Poor again, serious question marks around the quality of the squad, tactics, fitness, etc, etc.
We probably had the better of the second half, Sloggett inspired a major improvement, but we create very little. Before the Rovers game I was starting to wonder if we were solidifying the back, and building from there, like last season. We had conceded 1 goal in 4 games. But its fair to say the defence is far from sorted and we've nothing in the final third.
Didn't get to see the Cork game, but another awful performance by all accounts. Could be a long season
