I could find no coverage of LOI games in the Independent - except for a photo of Bohs fans cheering when the lights were fixed. Did I miss part of the paper, does anyone know?
Also the only coverage in the Irish Times was the Rovers v Dundalk match.

Re: Press coverage
So much has changed to online now WW, even the preview of games from the Indo, Daniel McD and another guy do it by way of a 5 min video online, you can get it on Twitter / X.
For the irish times I didnt read it by I'd guess James Rogers wrote that as he does freelance.
Overall its sad to see the print coverage decline, early to mid 80's were great for Evening Press and Herald, the former more so for brilliant LOI full and two page coverage on Friday nights, long time gone. We used to go down to Carrolls Newsagents in the old Shopping Centre after school, get a quick read of them all, trick was timing before they kicked you out when too young to buy it.

On the radio Off the ball would have been decent for LOI talk . But most their stuff is behind a paywall now.
