I think something should be done on the amount of freeposting on Orielweb!!,it gets a little annoying and takes away from good discussions.

From some web forum:

Im getting sick of people questioning me on this, and it appearing in threads in this forum when it says so clearly in the rules it should be avoided.

freeposting is a number of things

1. when you start chatting with someone in a thread "hey how you doing?"

2. When you post something completely irrelevant to the topic at hand and dont even have anything else in the post that pertains to the thread in your post.

3. when you post something that may be directed at the topic at hand but has no actual merit or quality to the post. "oh yeah thats cool, i agree!"

4. bashing or beefing in a thread pointlessly. this is not tolerated in "i get you...!"

Basically shit talkin in threads etc. It hasnt been as bad in a while as it was when i started this thread!

Hmm too much internet jargon for my liking!

but, seriously, hasn't been much to report of it as of late.

i think when newbies come along they need to be told what sort of forum we run and they usually get the message
