can somebody fix the time on the site. when a post is made the time of the post is 1 hour out

You have to adjust that yourself go into your profile and change the timezone.

im having the same problem again and cant find how to change the time zone

Go to 'User Control Panel' at the top of the page and then go to 'Board Preferences'..
