One of the greats of the Kenny era, and another players treated appallingly by the Peak6 brigade.

Massey is an interesting one. He's one of a group of players who'd been around the league with setting the place on fire, but who Kenny was able to get the absolute max out of. Boyle, Gartland, Meenan in a similar mould. Unbelievable professional, great attitude, commitment, intensity.

Excellent day for Sam Bone as Maidstone Utd (6th tier South) beat Ipswich 2-1 in the Cup.

Good to hear this, he was a good lad, and did a great job for us in 2 season.

What a shame it ended like that, him coming over on the ferry expecting to sign, then seemingly the agent inserting a clause that no club in their sanity would agree to.

Leave for free when UK window opens in July? What was in this for us?

More importantly good to see Nathan fixed up.

Andy Burton at it again over on X yesterday .. Andy, I know for a fact you have an account here and read what's being said so why not have a reasonable debate about what happened re Sheps? Also giving it the big one about a young GKs plight last night is very very low indeed, Shepperd was woeful at times last year himself particularly in Galway. Still I'm sure he'll be mad to keep you on as his agent after you got him that six month gig as the mighty Wycombe's boot cleaner. Then again .. aren't you the fellah who got dropped from Sky over your part in the Andy Gray/Richard Keys thing a few years back? Stay classy mate.

Put up a stupid video of some guy saying 'I'm not surprised motherfeckers' .. is this fellah actually a professional agent or is that even a thing??

Yea there is some well known agents on the bigger scale like Jorge Mendes. Mino Raoila was another, passed away last year.

I don't know what Burton has to gain by being petty on Twitter.

Plymouth Argyle have just sacked former Dundalk Boss, Ian Foster after 3 months in charge. He had 1 win in 12 games which has seen Argyle plummet down the Championship. Neil Warnock is favourite to take over.

Give it a few days to spread and we will have lads on here insisting that we re-sign him ......

Without knowing the details of what went prior to the season starting, it seems Sheps was badly advised. I hope the lad finds a club, as he is a good keeper.
