Dylan never really did much for us, did he? Speed was his only asset as far as I could see - and didn't he cost us a lot?

Speed and step over after step over. I was surprised that we was attractive to UK clubs.

He started off well when he returned to England with AFC Wimbledon, impressed against West Ham in the Cup. But was only there a few months and went to Bradford.

But he's making a living and not talking the easy option of returning to Ireland

Exactly he is making a living big deal if he's a journey man so are 1000s of other players he cost Dundalk 40k it's not as if they couldn't afford him at time some signings hit the ground running some don't thats life best of luck to him.

He was very good in his short spell at Dundalk

The other foreign signings in 2018 were a disaster, which made it more puzzling why they signed so many last year. Only a few will ever workout

Ah raivis did a job for us. Only one I would have kept from last year. Difficult for any player really with all the messing going on both on the Coaching team, management and ownership. Would be the same environment for say a small successful retail business such as Maguires, fast fix, any of the local butchers etc etc, taken over by a bunch of 12 year olds!

True Raivis was a good player, and would have performed better in this seasons team.

Not quite foreign, but thought Stanton was also very good last season, would have kept them both no problems.

The Scottish players generally adapt well.to the League. Matty Smith, Liam Burt, Ali Coote, Phoenix Patterson to name a few.

Going further back, Craig Sives and Gary Twigg were very good players with Rovers during Michael O Neill's reign.

Daryl Horgan walks out, on to the greatest stadium in the world ( Wembley ) , Wycombe Wanderers V Sunderland , promotion to Championship on the line . There has to be a book in it , “ From Oriel to Wembley “.
