how in the name of God can you compare the two? Ronaldo might be a one trick pony but his one trick works while Kearns' pony is lame...

Gary Deegan sent off in that game, some things never change. I hope Hoban gets a run out.Lilywhite ii wrote:Hoban on the bench for Oxford.
Ben McLoughlin makes his Telford debut too.

One of the benefits of Summer football is definitely having a year round weekend football fix and with as much interest througout the English leagues rather than just premiership (obviously nowhere near as nice a fix as our own leagues!).
10 man Southend look to have nicked it. Not once did Hobans name appear on the text commentary. I hope he kicks on after the time out injured.

Pa got mentioned on their twitter feed,
@OUFCOfficial: 78 Hylton's low cross finds Hoban whose goalbound shot is blocked. The ball falls for Burns whose shot is cleared off the line. 2-2 #oufc

Crazy game in Shamrock Park, 5-5 Twigg getting a hatrick and Tipton grabbing a brace against his old club.

Mulvenna released by Cliftonville
Highlights of the Cliftonville/Warrenpoint game - Cherrie was kept busy.

Chippy made his debut for Warrenpoint today. O'Connor was on the bench, not sure if he featured.
Ben McLaughlin made his Telford debut. Could be a possible summer signing for us?
